Shipping and Delivery

 

We have made it our mission to help photographers around the world more comfortable during their winter photography. To serve our community across the globe, we have three web shops: Europe, US/North America, Norway.

To make sure you get your gloves as quickly as possible, be sure to buy from the correct webshop. If you're not sure what store to buy from, check out this list: 

• EU/Global Shop: Recommended for orders to be delivered in EU, UK and all other international deliveries except USA and Canada. EU/Global Shop orders are shipped from Leusden, Netherlands.
• US Shop: Recommended for orders to be delivered in USA & Canada. US Shop orders are shipped from Michigan, USA.
• Norway Shop: Only recommended for orders to be delivered within Norway. Norway Shop orders are shipped from Voss, Norway.

IMPORTANT: Import taxes and customs may apply in your country depending on your location and the webshop you choose for checkout.

 

 

Do you ship photography gloves to my country?

We ship to 240 countries with only a few global exceptions. Please choose the web shop closest to you for the smoothest shopping experience. (EU/USA/Norway).

 

 

I’ve made my purchase, when can I expect my gloves?

Once your gloves have been sent, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to a tracking site where you can follow your gloves’ journey to your door store.

We have included these handy delivery estimates for you so you know when to expect your gloves.

If you have checked the delivery estimates and checked your parcel tracking number and your gloves are still overdue, simply shoot us an email support@photographygloves.com with your order number and we will sort it out as fast as we can.
