If you're not happy with your Vallerret product, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges & Store Credit: Free return shipping in USA, UK & EU countries.
  • Refunds: A flat 5 bucks return shipping fee is deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label.
  • We offer 1 free size exchange per product within 60 days.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you'll pay the difference. If it's lower in value, we'll refund the difference.
  • Outbound Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • After creating your return, send us your tracking number (or Royal Mail confirmation email) and let us know if you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed once your return is received and verified (typically 1-2 weeks).

We use Ezi Returns to facilitate EU returns, which makes returning a product super painless and easy.

  • Refunds: €5 return shipping fee deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label.
