During these unusual circumstances, we are doing our best to continue to provide premium winter photography gloves to photographers all around the world. While our operations at Vallerret continue as normal, we do rely on our fulfillment centers for shipping and will update this information as the ongoing Covid-19 situation evolves.
The health of our employees and the employees of our fulfillment center is our primary concern.
Our warehouses practice regularly sanitation and are providing proper training for the employees about the virus including best methods of prevention.
As our shipping centers have been deemed as an "essential service", they remain open and operating with full staff.
We know it isn't ideal, but due to the current situation we often see that packages are backed up in the queue to enter the country of the destination. In some extreme cases delivery, even for short distances can be delayed up to several weeks.
This may affect estimated delivery time of your order and we thank you for your patience.

The Postal Service (USPS) is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Suspension due to Unavailability of Transportation:
Afghanistan, Australia, Bhutan, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Martinique, Mayotte, Mongolia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Reunion (Bourbon), Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Samoa, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
If you'd like to have your gloves shipped to one of those destinations, please contact us and we'll let you know the possible shipping alternatives.

In some parts of Europe, all parcels are being required to be sent by truck instead of planes so if you are waiting for an international order, please be aware there may be delays for countries that are far from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands.
