The above sizes should enable you the best camera feel without compromising on warmth.
As we learn more and more about gloves we also learn that all hands are different. Some people have long skinny fingers and slim wrists, others have wide hands with short fingers.
Our gloves wont fit all even with the right measurements from the sizing chart – but we try!
For many, the best option will be to go up a size if your measurements are in between sizes.
If you are between sizes or if your hands do not fit into the measurements on our sizing chart, we recommend prioritizing the fit for the girth measurement. The girth is the most important measurement and if the girth size on the glove is too small, you won't be able to fit the glove.
If you’re considering pairing a liner glove with your photography gloves, we recommend choosing the same size liner as photography glove. We designed our liners to be thin and fit inside of our photography gloves so we recommend your normal size in liners. There are two exceptions to this:
Exception #1: If you are at the very end of the ratio size in the sizing chart, e.g. 1 mm from being a size Large, then we advise going up a glove size if you plan to often wear the liner with the gloves.
Exception #2: If your personal preference is to wear fairly loose gloves, then you should also go up a size when adding a liner. We don't recommend this as you will compromise dexterity with loose gloves and our priority is best possible camera feel. But you know best what you like!
House tip: Make sure to choose a liner size that is snug/tight on your hand for the best Fliptech performance when wearing liners and gloves together.

Bought these to for a trip to Tromsø, and they were great. I wore them underneath some simple fold-back mitts. I’ve also used them for photography in our garden early in the morning when it’s been cold. Very happy with them.
Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that our Power Stretch Pro Liner with touch gloves were able to keep you warm during your trip. Stay warm and happy snapping!
The liner itself works well in cool conditions - very comfortable in use. In wintery conditions they fit inside the Markof pro, and provides warm dry protection; yet allow access to buttons & wheels, needing only minimal practice to get them functioning accurately. If the finger tips are freed from the Markof they can be tricky to get back inside after shooting. I bought both in XL as per manufacturer suggestions. In retrospect I think a size down in the liner might have been slightly easier in use, but very pleased having just been out on a cold, windy, sleety morning.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Power Stretch Pro Liner with touch. We appreciate your feedback about the sizing and will take it into consideration for future improvements. Happy shooting!
Good fit under my other Vallerret gloves. As the days have got warmer I have been using them on their own and they work well like that as well.
Thank you for your review of our Power Stretch Pro Liner with touch. We're glad to hear that you find them comfy and that they fit well under your other Vallerret gloves. We appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to enjoy using them. Happy shooting!
I eturned the first pair when the seams came apart. THe 2nd pair has been scarcely better and now the seam are not standing up to regular use in their 2nd winter. So sadly I have opted to buy liners elsewhere - traditional ski glove liners. Same price. While I liked the idea, and the outer gloves, the inners are just not good enough. 3* rating is being kind
Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the Power Stretch Pro Liner with touch. We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the seams coming apart on both pairs. We understand your frustration and have taken your comments into consideration as we continue to improve our products.
I now have three layers of Vallerret, liners, gloves and mittens. Whatever the temp my fingers keep working. If you want to photograph in the cold, check these out you can go wrong.
Thank you for sharing your experience with our Power Stretch Pro Liner with touch! We're glad to hear that they are keeping your hands warm and allowing you to continue photographing in cold temperatures. Happy shooting!
Well fitting warm gloves and easy to use. Used them at minus two centigrade and they were lovely and warm, apart from my the ends of my fingers sticking out. I don't know how they will work at colder temperatures. Very happy with them so far.
I love a hat that fits tight to the head. No flapping in strong winds, no movement when climbing around. The core beanie achieves what I want and really happy with the colours. Love it
Strongly constructed glove; slightly loose fit is beneficial as it allows the use of a liner glove to be worn as well, which makes photography in even the coldest of conditions tolerable.
