All purchases completed on photographygloves.com accept terms and conditions of purchase as outlined below. Vallerret Photography Gloves reserves the right to update and change the Terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
Purchases made on photographygloves.com are for private use only. You are in no way allowed to resell any products purchases in our webshop or any Vallerret products in general without permission. Neither are you allowed to represent Vallerret or Vallerret’s products in any way that classifies as commercial use.
All payment transactions are handled via PayPal and Stripe. Payments can be completed either via your PayPal account (Paypal also accepts regular credit cards with no account needed) or by all credit and debit cards accepted by Stripe. We only accept orders where payments have been successfully registered by PayPal or Stripe. Credit card details are securely handled at all times by PayPal and Stripe.

You can cancel your order with a full refund until the day of shipping (but we ship fast, so you’ve go to be quick). Your will receive your full refund via the payment gateway you chose to place your order (PayPal or Stripe).

Personal information about our customers will never be sent to any third parties. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others for marketing purposes etc.
Your gloves (and all other products purchased in our online store) will be ready for shipment within 24 hours of completed purchase.* (*unless stated otherwise, e.g. this does not apply for pre-orders).
Your gloves will be sent at latest the following business day, however irregularities may occur on occasions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING IMPORT TAX AND SHIPPING ORIGIN
Gloves purchased via EU/GLOBAL SHOP are shipped from our fulfillment partner based in Holland.
Gloves purchased via US SHOP are shipped from our fulfillment partner based in Michigan,
United States. Gloves purchased via NORWAY SHOP are sent from our local office in Norway.Â
Import duty and local taxes may apply in your country. Vallerret does not cover import taxes and potential customs bills. Customers are personally liable for any fees applied by national customs.

If you're not happy with your Vallerret product, just send it back for a refund or store credit within 60 days of the purchase date.
If you'd like to send your product back for a size exchange, select that option during the return process and note your new preferred size. We’ll automatically ship your new size as soon as your return shipment is registered.
If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange for another product or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed within 3 years.
Returns for Refund in EU countries, UK & USA incur a flat 5 EUR/5 USD shipping fee. There is no return shipping fee for exchanges or store credits.
For returns outside of EU, UK & USA customers are responsible for shipping fees for international shipment returns and pay for postage in full with the carrier of their choosing.

If we find the product defective, Vallerret’s liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion and cover all shipping costs involved. In the event of an exact replacement of gloves that are no longer available, Vallerret will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size and value.
