The above sizes should enable you the best camera feel without compromising on warmth.
As we learn more and more about gloves we also learn that all hands are different. Some people have long skinny fingers and slim wrists, others have wide hands with short fingers.
Our gloves wont fit all even with the right measurements from the sizing chart – but we try!
For many, the best option will be to go up a size if your measurements are in between sizes.
If you are between sizes or if your hands do not fit into the measurements on our sizing chart, we recommend prioritizing the fit for the girth measurement. The girth is the most important measurement and if the girth size on the glove is too small, you won't be able to fit the glove.
If you’re considering pairing a liner glove with your photography gloves, we recommend choosing the same size liner as photography glove. We designed our liners to be thin and fit inside of our photography gloves so we recommend your normal size in liners. There are two exceptions to this:
Exception #1: If you are at the very end of the ratio size in the sizing chart, e.g. 1 mm from being a size Large, then we advise going up a glove size if you plan to often wear the liner with the gloves.
Exception #2: If your personal preference is to wear fairly loose gloves, then you should also go up a size when adding a liner. We don't recommend this as you will compromise dexterity with loose gloves and our priority is best possible camera feel. But you know best what you like!
House tip: Make sure to choose a liner size that is snug/tight on your hand for the best Fliptech performance when wearing liners and gloves together.

Stiching broke and gloves ripped on third wearing
Hi Simon, We're sorry to hear about the issue with your Liners. Please check your inbox for an email from us :)
Enjoying a very mild winter, I found the Pro Liners to be an excellent alternative to my usual Milford gloves. The fact that any time the cold starts to bite, I can combine them and keep on (which is why I got them) makes them one of my best purchases this year.
Thank you for your review of our Power Stretch Pro Liner with touch! We are glad to hear that our gloves have been a great alternative for the mild winter weather. We appreciate your support and hope to continue serving you well in the future. Stay warm!
I am using the Power Stretch Pro Liners in conjunction with Skadi zipper Mitt. This review is mainly for the liners. I initially had received what I assume is an older version of the liner glove. The purchase was made from a third party and not directly from Vallerette. The liners tore at the finger pads and the touch screen capabilities worked 50% of the time. When I reached out to Vallerrette, they quickly replaced the liners without any hassle. I was very happy with the customer service. Especially since I was about to go out on tour.
The new liners fit well and the touch screen capabilities work fine. My main criticism is that they are too thin and provide very limited protection from the cold. This is in conjunction with the Skadi Zipper Mitt. The mitt, I like. The liner needs improvement. I shoot regularly in snowy, sub-zero conditions in Hokkaido, Japan. When shooting, fingers (in the liner) are exposed and very quickly begin to freeze and ache despite the liners. On a recent outing, the temperature was -15°C. I had to stop shooting many times due to painfully cold fingers. For the price, and since the gloves are specifically made for shooting in extreme conditions, I recommend producing thicker, warmer, better quality liners. I will need to look for liners that fit the bill to use with the mitt.
I should add, I used heat packs in the Mitt and when zipped up, it gets nice and warm inside the mitt. But when zipped open for more than a few minutes, the liners can’t holdup long enough.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience with our Power Stretch Pro Liners. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We will continue to work on enhancing the Liners to provide better protection from the cold. Feel free to reach out to us at support@photographygloves.com :)
I bought the liner to go with my Markhof Pro3 Photography gloves .. I find that the liner is warm and touch sensitive with tablets and my phone .. I find that the Markhof Pro3 gloves are warm enough on their own,, the liners fit inside but the fit is tight at present, the Markhof Pro3 gloves may stretch a little which will allow more room for the liners. The liner is useful as a driving glove and is warm enough to use on a cool day on it own.. I am pleased with my purchase.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so glad to hear that the Power Stretch Pro Liner has been keeping you warm and versatile! We appreciate your feedback about the fit with the Markhof Pro3 gloves. Thank you for choosing our product and we hope it continues to meet your needs!
For those photographers (like me) who suffer from cold fingers while capturing winter landscapes, Vallerret gloves are THE answer.

Warm and comfortable
Finally socks that keep my feet warm. I have cold feet very fast. These socks really make a difference for me. They are also comfortable and soft. No itchy feeling or what so ever.
I used the gloves on a trip to Norway and they were super comfortable to wear. I ve put some hand warmers in the small pockets to get even more warmth to my fingers. The system with the zipper worked very well for me giving me the freedom that I need to take photos without frozen hands.
