USING A FLASH IN THE DAY LIGHT
Bright snowy conditions are hard lighting environments that have the ability to create overexposed compositions with bright highlights and very dark shadows. A flash is a great tool to give your subject some “pop” and separate them from the background.
Flash isn’t just for lighting your scene in the dark but will give you outstanding images in the day as well. So learn how to use a flash, dial in some exposure compensation to overcome the bright surroundings and point your off-camera flash at your rider for banger photos. This method is truly highlighted and gives you the best results in the morning and evening light.
Good luck
