Refund Policy
If you're not happy with your Vallerret product, just send it back for a refund or store credit within 60 days of the purchase date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (EU countries)
We use Ezi Returns to facilitate EU returns, which makes returning a product super painless and easy. Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full.
If you'd like to send your product back for a size exchange, or an exchange for another product, select that option during the return process and note your new preferred size. We'll ship your new size as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. You can also let us know you've shipped the return and we will process this sooner.
If you'd like to send your product back for a store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you a store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.
Returns for Refund in EU countries incur a flat 5 EUR shipping fee (which will be deducted from your order refund) if you use our discounted prepaid return labels. You can also pay for postage in full with the carrier of your choosing.
UK RETURNS
We use Royal Mail returns service for UK returns. You have the option to either book a collection for the return parcel, or to print out the return label or scan the QR code on your mobile phone to drop it off at any Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.
Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our UK warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full.
Please contact our customer support with your return tracking number, you can also forward us your Royal Mail Tracked Returns confirmation email, and let us know if you’re returning for a size exchange, refund, or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please fill out the below form to begin your International Return (all other countries than EU countries, USA & UK). Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. Please allow 1-3 weeks for this process to complete in full.
If you'd like to send your product back for a size exchange, select that option during the return process and indicate your preferred size. We’ll automatically ship your new size as soon as you provide proof of shipment (picture with receipt) or your return shipment is registered.
If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange for another product or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for international shipment returns and pay for postage in full with the carrier of your choosing.

Your return credit will be initiated as soon as your return is received and verified at our returns processing facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full.
