Orders placed in our Europe Store ship from 2 Warehouses:

  • UK: Orders from United Kingdom are shipped from our Warehouse in Wellington, UK
  • NL: All other orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Leusden, The Netherlands.

*Handling time is generally 1 business days for all EU & UK shipments, unless the item is on pre-order. Handling time for orders shipped to Non-EU countries is 2-7 business days.

 

**IMPORTANT REGARDING IMPORT TAX AND SHIPPING ORIGIN**

Import duty and local taxes may apply in your country. Vallerret does not cover import taxes and potential customs bills. Customers are personally liable for any fees applied by national customs.

Put in other words: Unless you are in United Kingdom, these gloves are shipped to you from within EU. If you are a customer outside EU you may need to import your gloves. Be aware that your purchase might exceed the import threshold defined by your national customs.

 

Shipping Carriers 

    • PostNL: International tracked shipments delivered by PostNL in collaboration with your national carrier. Your national carrier will deliver your package at your door or at your local Pick Up Point.
    • GLS: International tracked shipments delivered by GLS to your doorstep. With communication another delivery attempt can be arranged or parcel can be picked up at your local GLS Pick Up Point.
    • Royal Mail UK: Local UK tracked shipments delivered by Royal Mail to your doorstep. Delivery expectation between 2-4 days depending on your location.

Delivery Times

Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website from where you can follow your product(s) journey to your door step.

Delivery times depend on your location and service time of your national carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Customers in Europe can expect their gloves within 1-10 business days from day of shipping (depending on your location)
  • Customers in the United Kingdom can expect their gloves within 2-4 business days from day of shipping (depending on your location)
  • Customers in the rest of the World can expect their gloves within 5-21+ business days from day of shipping (depending on your location).

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands: 1-2 business days
UK: 2-4 business days
Germany: 2-5 business days
Other Europe: 2-14 business days
Rest of the World: 5-21 business days

 

If the waiting time extends above-mentioned and there is something wrong with your tracking number please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

 

Specific transit times to your country is outlined here by PostNL. Please note that transit time covers the amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the national delivery carrier. From here you must add on the time your national carrier needs to deliver to your doorstep.

Most carriers guarantee national delivery within 1-3 days.
