Amazingly warm multi-function gloves

Great 2-in-1 gloves with well-thought details like waterproof zippers. Very warm, great for deep Nordic winter conditions. Zipper works smoothly and makes it easy to get fingers out of the glove to access camera dials. The gloves can perfectly be used for other activities too. Size guide on the web page is correct.

Great measuring advice

I ordered the Skadi Zipper Mitt from the website and was very unsure about the size I'd need.
The measuring advice was really helpful and the gloves fit perfectly.
I have yet to test the warmth but right now I'm very happy.

The gloves, which you must have

When i received my gloves i could not believe that its so cool, i mean that gloves are thoughtfully constructed. Besides the gloves are very warm, I really love it.

Amazing gloves for photography!

Say goodbye to cold hands when taking photos thanks to these mitts! Because of the inner liner and the zipper on the mitt I don't have to take my gloves off anymore to operate my phone or camera screen. They also fit my hands well so I'm very satisfied overall.

Amazing, but not perfect !

I'm working in northen canada mine where winter is really cold. I use it many times to help me film/photography some aurora borealis. For now, I never get my hand cold. I really like almost everything from the gloves.
But I have some points to upgrade.
1- The inner glove tactile is not very usefull. They are not place at the good place on the glove. When I use my cell phone with the inner glove, I cant touch easily where I want. The tactile layer must be more on the extremity of the finger.
2- I have difficulty to put the second glove because of the to small jersey cuff (I dont know if I use the good word...).
So, If I can put a 4,5 STARS, I will. This is absolutely one of the greatest photography glove I buy.

PS: Valleret, you should try to sell the glove for surveyor. Pretty sure they will like it.

Dominique, first of all, thanks heaps for leaving the feedback, we always want to improve things so this is much appreciated. And second of all, it's great to hear that you're still loving the gloves and are taking as much from them as possible. Toasty warm hands and happy winter shooting :D

Please note, our gloves are designed to fit snuggly to give you the best camera feel without compromising on warmth. If you prefer a looser fit, please consider to go a size up.

As we learn more and more about gloves we also learn that all hands are different. Some people have long skinny fingers and slim wrists, others have wide hands with short fingers.

Our gloves wont fit all even with the right measurements from the sizing chart – but we try!

What size should I get if I'm between sizes?

For many, the best option will be to go up a size if your measurements are in between sizes.

If you are between sizes or if your hands do not fit into the measurements on our sizing chart, we recommend prioritizing the fit for the girth measurement. The girth is the most important measurement and if the girth size on the glove is too small, you won't be able to fit the glove.

Should I size up for my liner glove?

If you’re considering pairing a liner glove with your photography gloves, we recommend choosing the same size liner as photography glove. We designed our liners to be thin and fit inside of our photography gloves so we recommend your normal size in liners. There are two exceptions to this:

Exception #1: If you are at the very end of the ratio size in the sizing chart, e.g. 1 mm from being a size Large, then we advise going up a glove size if you plan to often wear the liner with the gloves.

Exception #2: If your personal preference is to wear fairly loose gloves, then you should also go up a size when adding a liner. We don't recommend this as you will compromise dexterity with loose gloves and our priority is best possible camera feel. But you know best what you like!

House tip: Make sure to choose a liner size that is snug/tight on your hand for the best Fliptech performance when wearing liners and gloves together.
